Return Eligibility

​

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be either damaged during shipping or not to the specified dimensions.

• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return

​

To initiate a return, clients must:

• Send a clear photo of the product showing the issue, and/or

• Ship the item back to us for review.

Refund Processing

​

• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the return is accepted and processed.

• We do not offer refunds until either the photo is reviewed or the product is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Items

​

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• All custom design work

• CAD modeling

• 3D modeling

• Any digital files (e.g., STL or other 3D formats)

• Any prototypes delivered or in progress

Once these services or items have been delivered or started, they are considered final and non-returnable.
