1. Introduction

Welcome to 3D Precision Manufacturing. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

  • 3D Modeling

  • CAD Design and Prototyping

  • Low-Volume Manufacturing

  • 3D Printing

  • Sheet Metal Fabrication

  • Laser Cutting and Engraving

All services are provided in accordance with the terms outlined below. Services are customized based on client needs, and quotes are provided individually.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Zelle

  • Wire Transfer

  • Check

Payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms during the consultation. Payment methods are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Price Changes

All prices are subject to change depending on the scope of work. If additional work or resources are required beyond the original quote, the price may increase. The client will be notified of any price adjustments before proceeding.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

All design, CAD, 3D modeling, and custom work are non-refundable once the work has been delivered. No refunds will be issued for completed services unless they do not meet the specifications agreed upon in the initial contract.

6. Revision Policy

For projects requiring revisions:

  • We offer up to two revisions of designs before prototype testing.

  • After the prototype is delivered, one free revision is allowed.

  • Revisions made after the prototype testing may incur additional charges.

7. Project Timeline and Delivery

We work on a case-by-case basis. Due dates for projects will be discussed and agreed upon based on the scope of the work. We will notify you immediately of any potential delays or setbacks.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes all designs, blueprints, 3D models, business plans, and any other sensitive information shared. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

9. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

All intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, 3D models, prototypes, and other deliverables, remains the property of 3D Precision Manufacturing until full payment is received. Upon full payment, IP rights will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Shipping and Returns

For Low-Volume Manufacturing:

  • We offer returns or replacements if parts are damaged during shipping or if they do not meet the specified dimensions.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date. A photo of the damaged parts must be provided, and the parts should be returned within 7 days of notifying us.

  • Prototypes are non-refundable unless damaged or not up to specification.

11. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time before completion. However, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up until the point of termination. In the event of termination, all materials provided by the client will be returned, and any completed deliverables will be kept by 3D Precision Manufacturing until full payment is received.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
