Project Management

All project tasks are personally managed by the business owner to ensure consistent oversight and accountability. We track every step of the process in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, which helps us organize tasks, schedules, and communication history. This hands-on approach ensures continuity and quality throughout the project, giving you a single point of contact.

Timeline and Scheduling

Client-Priority Scheduling: Timelines are established based on the priority level you set for the project (Low, Medium, or High). We work with you to determine the appropriate priority for each project phase, which guides our scheduling.

Fast Turnaround Option: We offer a 24-hour turnaround service for urgent requests. If you need a very fast delivery, we can prioritize your project to meet tight deadlines.

Delay Notifications: We keep you informed immediately of any delays. If an external issue arises (such as a supplier delay or shipping problem), we will notify you right away and adjust the schedule accordingly.

Scope Changes: If you request changes beyond the original project scope, we will promptly communicate any necessary adjustments to the timeline and pricing. This ensures transparency about how revisions may impact your project schedule and budget.

Communication

Email for Documents: Important documents (such as quotes, invoices, and deliverables) are sent via email so you have a written record for easy reference.

Project Portal: We provide access to a dedicated project portal app where you can view updates, files, and project information at any time.

Preferred Contact Methods: We accommodate your preferred communication methods. Whether you prefer email, phone calls, video conferencing, or messaging apps, we will communicate in the way that works best for you.

Quality Control and Approvals

Internal Review: Every deliverable undergoes a thorough internal review before it is sent to you. This ensures we catch any issues and meet our quality standards.

Client Feedback at Milestones: We request your feedback at key stages of the project. By reviewing milestones together, we make sure the project stays aligned with your expectations.

Prototype Testing: All prototypes are fully tested to verify that they meet the required specifications and function correctly.

Flexible Feedback Timeline: There are no fixed deadlines for your feedback; the timeline for your review depends on the complexity of the project. This flexibility ensures you have enough time to consider changes.

Final Approval: Final deliverables are provided only after we receive your approval. We will confirm that you are satisfied with the work before completing the project.

Revisions

Pre-Prototyping Revisions: The project includes up to two rounds of design revisions before prototype testing. These revisions allow for initial adjustments based on your feedback.

Post-Prototype Revision: After you receive the prototype, one additional revision is included at no extra cost. This gives you the opportunity to make final tweaks based on the working prototype.

Additional Revisions: Any additional revisions beyond these included rounds will incur extra charges. We will provide a quote for any additional work before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Advance Payment: We require 100% of the agreed project fee upfront before work begins. If changes are requested after work has started, additional charges will apply to cover the added effort.

Milestone Payments (subject to priapproval): Payment by milestones is available on request. Typically, we structure payments in quarterly installments – for example, 25% is due at project start, with the remaining balance divided into equal payments each quarter, and the final payment due upon delivery.

Final Delivery

CAD & 3D Modeling: You will receive the final STL (or your preferred 3D file format) files and screenshots of the model via email.

CAD Modeling: We will deliver the completed 3D CAD file, detailed blueprints (technical drawings), and high-definition 3D renderings of the model.

Prototyping: Deliverables include the 3D file, blueprints, renderings, and the fabricated physical prototype.

Low-Volume Manufacturing: After production, we will provide a photo of the completed items as confirmation. The items can be shipped to you or picked up locally, based on your preference. For very large orders, we can arrange segmented deliveries in multiple shipments if needed.
